For some reason when I go into SysConfig ->  Framework -> Core, I cannot change the AdminEmail value. I initially set it incorrectly, and now when a customer tries to create a new account, an errors is caused because I have specified the incorrect admin email address.
If I go to SysConfig, I change it and click on the "Update" button, but then once the page is reloaded, the old value is pulled through again - the new value does not save.
How can I get around this?

Okay never mind - I went and manually edited Config.pm.
