Hi,
I'm looking for a way to be able to see *all* tickets, and according to http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/20 ... 26665.html and http://www.mail-archive.com/otrs@otrs.org/msg29005.html I should look for AgentTicketStatusView.
So, in SysConfig I go to Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration, but there is no AgentTicketStatusView option?

just search for statusview

perfect, searching for statusview makes it show up in ModuleRegistration. Thanks.

it will be displaed in the ticket module, not in dashboard
