Hi,
I am trying to create a new stat report, but it is very confusing - I'm sure it will be simple enough once I wrap my mind around it, but for now I can't seem to understand how to configure a new stat report.
I would like to create a report that allows me to enter a date range and customer, and for the report to show me all tickets that missed the 1st response time, and by how much it was missed.
Does anyone have a stat like this that they would be willing to export from their system so that I can import into mine?
Otherwise, a little guidance on how to create a new stat like this would be much appreciated.
