I am new to this forum and I hope that someone can provide solution to this question.
Can OTRS randomly assigns a new ticket to our existing agents? (reason being: to be fair and do not allow agents to choose tickets)
Possible to use scripts / generic agent / filters to assign randomly?

This is not possible and we have had xxx customize this for us.
In our scenario we have a ticket locked to the agent as soon as it is opened.

IMHO, this would be a good feature to have. To be able to randomly assign tickets based on groups or through other methods such as round robin.
