Installing OTRS on a Win hosted Server

Hi,
Trying to locate a windows package for the hosted server installation. I can only see the a full installation package that I dont need it, as I am uploading the file via ftp and setting it on my hosted server where executable dont run. Please advise if there such file that can be downloaded for the version 3.0 or 2.4.8 installations?

You'll need adminstrative access to the server for setting OTRS up. So it won't work with your hosted server
