iPhone handle problem

Hey all,

I have installed OTRS and been using it quite happily for a couple of weeks now. I also installed the iPhone handle at the time, but its only now that I have got round to testing it, and I have hit some errors.

Running apache on port 8080 which works fine.
OTRS is ldap integrated for agents and customers
json.pl now points to #!"C:\PROGRAM FILES(x86)\OTRS\StrawberryPerl\perl\bin\perl.exe" –w

It would appear that the iPhone handler cannot cope with being on a non-standard port, as soon as I moved it back to port 80 having destroyed my IIS instance ... bingo, everything was well.

Hi all,

I have the same problem. But my OTRS is working on standard well-known port 80. Kindly help.
Running the OTRS Server on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard & Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Standard
