What do you want to do with the data from OCS?

Re: OTRS inventory
I'm looking for a way to generate and maintain automatically an inventory in OTRS.
I was recommended for this OCS-NG Inventory.
Also read in this forum about Spiceworks.
I am evaluating to use.
Thanks for your help crythias

Re: OTRS inventory
Spiceworks is what I'd recommend for inventory. OTRS isn't particularly set up for any automatic gathering of inventory. However, you can manually import from a list from another database.

Re: OTRS inventory
Thanks for your suggestion.
I understand that OTRS isn't particularly set up for any automatic gathering of inventory.
But I need to load the inventory of many teams.
Sorry for my English
