This is something of a plea for assistance.
We have recently implemented OTRS and in the first couple of weeks I am having to spend some time digging through tickets to find where I have added notes (its a kind of justify your existence report) as we have a number of multipart tickets (which probably isnt best practice).
I need to be able to get a list of notes that I have added created as a report so that I can justify my time spent. Is there a built in report for this as I have been unable to find that or any way of creating a report where "note-added" is an acceptable term.
