All,
I am evaluating 3.0 beta 4, I saw beta 5 is just released.
Can someone guide me how to upgrade from beta 4 to beta 5 without reconfiguration the system?
I am running 3.0 beta 4 on Windows 2003 platform.

I'm going to assume that nothing's changed in the database schema between r4 and r5, so the generic answer of backup your OTRS directory and database, download and extract the source code on top of the original, probably is adequate. Stopping and restarting OTRS related services might be in order as well. YMMV.
