Default email signatures

Hi All,

When i create a new email ticket, my OTRS system automatically appends the "out of the box" default signature to the bottom of the email, which is:

Super Support - Waterford Business Park
5201 Blue Lagoon Drive - 8th Floor & 9th Floor - Miami, 33126 USA
Email: hot@example.com - Web: http://www.example.com/
--
The problem is I cannot find out where I can change this signature, it is not even editable when you are about to create a new email ticket.

I have looked under signatures etc but just can't work it out, I can't see where this signature has been defined within the system.

Please can somebody point me in the right direction?

I've got a slight work around,if I do not set the "From" queue to RAW then the standard out of the box signature is applied. When I specifically set the From queue to be "RAW" it works, any other queue/option "-,Junk/Misc/Postmaster" then the default "out of the box" signature is applied.

However all the queues have the same "Signature" option, i.e. they are all set to use the same signature.

Admin, Signature determines what the signatures are.
Admin, Queues, select a queue, change, select signature for the queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

Thanks for your reply.
It was all configured correctly, but i had to go into each queue, select the queue, click change, then click update without actually changing anything. Now all new email tickets, irrespective of the queue are using my signature.
