Tickets not sorting by priority first
We are using OTRS 2.4.5 and we want the tickets to sort by priority and then age. From what we read, the priority sort should already be happening by default. The person who installed this is no longer with the company and we can't find where this could have been changed in the settings or .pm files. Any suggestions on how to get the priority sort working?
