How do you customise the queue view?

Hi.

I would like to know if it is possible to add and remove columns from the queue view? I have looked in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard and tried editing the AgentTicketQueue.dtl file but the queue content seems to be created by one data variable ($Data{"QueueStrg"}).

I would appreciate any help that anyone could offer.
