Changes Conditions

Hello All,

I am trying to setup change management. I create a change, and its workorders. I created a condition that says that when all workorders state is closed, then set the state of the change to closed.

Can you help me?

Please read the ITSM Admin Book. You have to follow the states as described in the state machine
