hatten bisher OTRS 2.4.7 laufen, heute auf 2.4.9 upgedatet.
Die Fragen ist: wo kann ich die Formatierung ändern ?
Tickets die reinkommen "queue Ansicht" sind nicht formatiert noch dazu wenn man auf Antworten klickt (Ticket Antwort) sieht man
in dem Antwortformular die HTML Tags .... ?
wo kann ich das ändern ? bzw. hat das wohl mit dem "bugfix" update zu tun ?
