How to delete a configitem(CI) or a ticket?

i want to delete a CI created for testing, is it possible?

or maybe delete a ticket?

i use otrs 2.4.9 and itsm 2.1.1

no deleting for a CI
ticket can be deleted through generic agent - but not recommanded
