PROBLEM: Patched from 2.4.7 to 2.4.8 to 2.4.9

Hello.

I patched version 2.4.7 to 2.4.8 and then to 2.4.9. Now, Ticket View doesn't show open tickets after they were responded to and shows My Queues (0).

I just replaced the following files:
