Hi all
We are using OTRS mainly for creating phone tickets by agents.
How can i add a field in the ticket view to show the creator of the ticket? in other words, the name of the agent who created the ticket for the customer.

The first entry of the Ticket History shows who created the ticket.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
