Dear bro,
We have created 2 freetext fields for ticket as email of 2 people who need to know the status of ticket, they are not agent or customer. When an event occur we would like to send mail to agent,customer and two people ( 2 freetext fields which hold emails). How can we do that?

Are the two others agent/user and could be watchers? Or are they customers?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

They are customers and agents and third party such sale people who care the customer.In my case, I include freetext fields contain the sales people emails. I wonders how to send mail to these freetext email. Thanks for your help
