Hello OTRS users,
I'm facing a problem with OTRS and hope you can help me.
We use an OTRS system based on OTRS version 1.1.1 (running on RedHat 7.3 with MySQL and Apache)
We want to build a new OTRS 3 on a other new CentOS 5.4 Linux server and then import all data like tickets and users from the old OTRS 1.1.1
We do not have to import old system settings, but we want to be able to see the old tickets in the new OTRS 3 server.
Is this possible ?
If yes, then what are the conversion steps needed ?
Many thanks in advance.
Regards, Frits

Re: import data from OTRS 1.1.1 to OTRS 3
You could copy old OTRS to the new machine and run updates from Version to version
I don't know if there ist a direct upgrade path from 1.x to 3.x but for sure from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3
