operation flow :
1. customer login
2. click the star mark "new ticket"
3. there is no "cc to" field to fill in the new ticket screen.
So, Is it possible to have "cc to " field so that customer could use? or it is a feature that has not been implemented yet?

there is no CC field for the customer.
So he could use email instead of the web form

but if sending mails to support system + cc the cc-peoble will not get the ticket #, ... so their answers will create new ticktes, ...
