This is a cross-post from the Development section. I wasn't sure if I had put this topic in the right category...
I'm trying to fix an issue I have with OTRS 2.4.5, which is, namely, that the Escalation time in the Dashboard is displayed as a negative number and in hours and minutes.
I'd like to make the date appear in days, hours (and minutes) and possibly not as a negative number. I've been digging through the functions but can't seem to follow the logic of the application. Anyone got any idea on how to change that value?
Example below:
Escalated Tickets
2010091031001333 VIDEOPROIETTORE Fabio.Mancini -894 hours 4 minutes <---- this needs to be changed....
New Tickets
2010100131000107 Kupa - Pomoc Hana.Mehsam 33 days 6 hours <--- into something like this....
