I updated form beta to final otrs 3. And everything works fine except one issue. When I open a ticket the reply drop down box is missing.
I made sure that the responses are still linked to the queues but no luck. Anyone got any ideas, I need to get this running ASAP.
Updated form beta 5 to final and ticket reply is missing.
