[SOLVED] forward information from ticket to another mail

Hello All,

I am newbie in OTRS and i need some help.
I have OTRS 2.4.9 on Win+apache+mysql+perl

Is there a way to do sth like this??:
1. Company C1 has 20 users who sends a ticket (email or web interface)
2. They have 1 admin, and i have to forward all tickets from his Company to his mailbox.

I was trying to use Automatic Agent, but there is no forward option to send email with every ticket from Company C1.
Is there any way to do it ??

you can use notification event.

But perhaps, it will also helpt to use customer id to alow the admin to have a look in all tickets assigned to his company. Or why the admin is not allowd to use the agent frontend?

Thank's i have seen that, but i didn't thought about it :) I was looking for sth like forward email :), now i see that i can use CompanyID and use OTRS TAGS.

Yes he will have access to see all tickets assigned to his company, but he want to get emails also.
