Hi,
I have just started using 3.0.1 on Windows and got informed of the 3.0.2 update/patch. So I downloaded the Windows installer but that complains that 3.0.1 is already installed. I seem to be having trouble finding the correct documentation on how to perform this patch.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

Hi,
Upgrading on Windows at this point is a bit cumbersome:
http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/x907.ht ... -installer
It consists of backup, deinstall, install, restore.
Alternately, you can do a 'manual upgrade' using the zip file on your installation, which is mainly the same as this procedure minus the steps for the dbupgrade etc, and then converted to Windows: http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/x907.ht ... 2.4-to-3.0
It's less work but you'll have to be more skilled.

Thanks for the reply. I figured it would turn out to be something like that. I'll go with the first option, it seems to be the most straightforward though it consists of more steps.
