Upgrade OTRS 2.2.5, ITSM 1.0.5 to OTRS 2.4, ITSM 2.1

Hello,

we use OTRS 2.2.5 with ITSM 1.0.5 at linux and plan to upgrade to OTRS 2.4 with ITSM 2.1.

Is there a direct upgrade-path or must we step over some intermediate releases in order to get to the desired version ?
