wrong search results in "From/Subject" collumn ?

Hello,

we are using OTRS 2.4.7 with enabled fulltext search field in the Agent Interface. The fulltext search work but it delivers wrong search results in the "From/Subject" Collum.

The original subject of the ticket is: MapPoint für Martin Hundt

If I search for "MapPoint" I get two hits and that's ok. I expect a search result with the original subject of the ticket in the "From/Subject" Collumn?

the first hit fit's. The original subject "Eric Installation auf PC Hundt" is ok but the next one is not the original subject title of the ticket. It's one (the 9.th) of some subject titles from the ticket thread.

Is it possible to change the settings of the fulltext search function that it delivers only the original title, lets say for example the "starting subject" of the ticket in the From/Subject Column?

I found out that the AgentTicketOverviewSmall.dtl file is responsible to show the search results of a fulltext search. Who can help ?

The column shows the last Article Subject from customer so this is correct. You can change the behaviour to show allways the ticket title via sysconfig

thx for your help. Finally, I've found the right settings in sysconfig under "Frontend::Agent::TicketOverview".
