Provision to add solution as FAQ

Hello,

Is there a way to customize OTRS such that when an incident/problem is resolved, and if the agent finds the solution could be used in future, he could add it as FAQ. Alternatively, is there a way to add solution automatically to FAQ or link it with existing FAQ?

the solution will be transfered via Copy/Paste.

You can link FAQ and Tickets
