Hi
I have add one new queue and added new group in OTRS.
in queue right I have assign to new created group. and this group apply to new customer.
customer can send a request to that particular queue, in agent login I can saw that request to but agent not able to reply that ticket !!!
I have assign full group right to that agent thenafter agent not able to reply that ticket what could be the problem ?

What version OTRS and what OS?
Is the "not able to reply" because there are no responses <-> queue assigned?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I installed OTRS version 3 and cent OS -5.
Hi check that responses <-> queue assigned and set the same and my problem solved.
