We have for each customer his own queue.

How to set-up customer.pl to see all tictets in 'his' queue (also tickets who come by mail directly to queue)

Customers don't generally have Queues; those are assigned to agents. (The idea being the Queue=Category of ticket which corresponds to an agent/agent group that is likely to be able to handle the ticket.)

The exception is when a customer is assigned to a specific queue and a Customer Group, but that only restricts the Queues that apply to a customer. It doesn't enable a customer to see all tickets that apply to a Queue.
