Hmm i have installed a system to try in Windows XP Sp3 and i configure it witch my pop3 outside server options, the admin interface dont show errors but when i try reply a ticket, the error is
Error Message: No such binary: /usr/sbin/sendmail!
anyone can help me about that.

you have to use smtp instead of sendmail. You can change this setting in Core::Sendmail in Sysconfig

Maybe there’s an error in the setting or the software you are using. Try to check the configuration setting of the email and your computer. However, you can try to search in online by using some search engine like google and yahoo.
