More customers with the same user name

Our customers are authenticated through LDAP (AD). OTRS expect only username when loging. Am I right? How to resolve the issue where more customers have the same user name (e.g. username), of course on different domain (dom1.com\username, dom2.com\username). In such a case customer is not properly identified. Can we configure login window to require from customer to enter the domain name as well?

I think if you don't append the domain info in Config.pm, you'll force everyone to log in with email credentials, though username only (I hear) will try to authenticate to the first one that made sense for the user.
