Running OTSR 3.0.3 on windows
I have edited an autoresponse for new ticket which now includes the ticketID tag: <OTRS_TICKET_TicketID>
My problem is that the tag is not converted, and the tag itself is shown in the email like this:
<OTRS_TICKET_TicketID>
I've seen others with the same problem in other forums, but haven't seen any solution published.
Any ideas?

Thanks, I deleted all content in the existing response and added the two tags.
Both of them converted nicely. I restored the original text and the tags work just fine.
Not quite sure what happened here, but it works fine now.
