Hi
In OTRS 3.0.3 you choose when viewing tickets whether the newest or the oldest is shown first.
I always choose the newest to be shown first. Now
1. Why cannot I as user choose newest always to be my default? [In general
the user configuration is very poor.]
2. If have chosen newest to be default I only have click around a bit and my setting is forgotten.
Is that a bug or a feature?

You might be interested in these options of the SysConfig:
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###SortBy::Default -----> Age
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###Order::Default -----> Down (for newest to oldest) or Up (for oldest to newest)
