3.0.2 upgrade

Hi there-

We recently tried to upgrade from 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 and got the following error:

root@helpdesk:/opt/otrs/bin# ./otrs.SetPermissions.pl --otrs-user=otrs --otrs-group=otrs --web-user=www-data --web-group=www-data /opt/otrs

Error in chown 999 33 otrs-3.0.3: Too many levels of symbolic links

And so reverted to 3.0.2. I would like to upgrade to 3.0.4 and add the FAQ's as well at some point. Would anyone have a solution to the error above? I am completely new at this and the Network Administrator did not have a solution to it.

Any help would be grealtly appreciated!
