Hello All,
I believe that GenericAgent will help in modifying the tickets based on mins/hrs/days. Is it possible to create tickets and associate a specific SLA on a monthly basis with GenericAgent? If this cannot be achieved with GenericAgent, is there any other way?

use the genericAgent via config file instead of the webfrontend.
