User info - IP / Host from AD

User info - IP / Host from AD

Hi,
Possible to view IP or hostname from machine where ticket was created? I using OTRS 3.0.2 and all clients are connecting through intranet network and authenticated with LDAP.

I found some solution from 2003 but not working for me:
