Hi,I have a question about Ticket areas queues.I need help.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1,add a new queue[Gamut IT QUEUE] in otrs 2.4.7.
2,create a agent [agentad] ,and add[Gamut IT QUEUE] in his queues.
when [agentad] login in otrs and create a new ticket in the queue[Gamut IT QUEUE]. but the [Gamut IT QUEUE]queue is not display on ticket area.it always display [RAW]
New queue not display on my Queues??

I resolved it.
queue name can not Can not contain spaces
queue name can not Can not contain spaces
