New :AgentTicketPhone: return error

When I just click "new ticket" page load finish with errorr



Cannot call method "Init" of undefined


and some adress to /js/js-cache/.............

we'll need some more informations like OTRS Version, Operating System, is this a new setup or an updated one. What did you do before the error came up

Update:

in english language is everything OK, when I switch agent to Czech, it never show visiwig editor. Tha same on "totaly new" instalation 3.0.4 on different PC.
