How to comment or change or remove the line OTRS 2.4.9? from the user and also from the customer??
Is it possible or not. Please some one guide me in this concern...

adjust otrs/Kernel/Output/Standard/Footer.dtl and CustomerFooter.dtl It would help if you made your own theme, because those files will overwrite upon upgrade.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
