Hello
In OTRS 2.4.9 i have installed ITSM 2.0.2 successfully. It is working fine.I have logged in as admin
I have added a change through New icon it is also done successfully.Then it is assigned to a user1 as Work Order .
Then i have a logged from a user1 account and approved the work Order.
The problem is ::: Now when i again see my admin account i am not able to see the Approved(1) it is seen as Approval(0).
Please let me know if there are any changes .

I found the solution myself.
Solution :We have to give permissions to each Event at Notification(ITSM changement) by selecting the Recipients , to make them visible .
