Hi. I've just upgraded from 2.4.7 to 3.0.4 (Windows).
The Dasboard search form does not load... When I select it, I get a "Loading" message with a spinning dial however the form does not load.
There's nothing in the log - no errors at all.
Can anyone assist me with this one?

I've got this resolved.
The issue was that I had used our own company theme with v2.4.7 and within it I changed a number of forms including the search form.
Old version forms are no not supported with v3.0.4. Hence this search form wouldn't load properly after the upgrade. I've removed it from the theme... our instance now uses the generic v3.0.4 search form - which loads as per normal.
