Hi All,
if i enter a weblink or email address in the text body when i close a ticket, it seems to get formatted incorrectly when the ticket is viewed, this is also true of the email sent when a ticket is closed:
for example if i type, in the text body of the close ticket page.
http://www.abcd.co.uk is already allowed for all
when i view the ticket, my text will appear like:
> [1]http://www.abcd.co.uk is already allowed for all..., closing the
> ticket.
>
> [1] http://www.abcd.co.uk
I don't understand why i have, 2 entries of weblinks, when i only typed one.
what is the reason for this and can it be switched off.

I thought that perhaps I was not explaining myself properly, so I have attached a screenshot to explain better the problem I have: Please can somebody advise how I can set the URL's and email addresses to be displayed correctly?
