Hello,
I am Very new with OTRS and ran into a little snag. I have multiple employees that are attached to multiple different projects. I have configured OTRS to work with my Active Directory Domain as well. With the setup process i have created all the Projects as different Customer ID's and also have added in all the Users accounts to log in. However is there a way that i can attach the different Customer IDS to the Users so they can choose to log a ticket to a specific Project rather than have it be for all Projects that they are attached to? Thank You in advanced for your help.

It may have been more appropriate to assign the Projects as Queues instead of CustomerIDs
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Ah i didnt even consider doing that. Thank you Very much. I have just looked into that and it does do what i want. To go a little deeper into it. If i assign it as queues and then attach the queues to a group then would the user that is attached to the group only be able to see the queues for the groups that he is assigned to?

You may have to enable Customer Groups from SysConfig, but that appears to be the case.
