Dears,
I have a following situation.
I create and assign the ticket to agent via www. I am notified as customer by email from queu specific email ticket@oks.cz but the agent whom the ticket is assigned is mailed from the general email otrs@oks.cz and not from queu specific and if the agent response the link to ticket is lost. We have several ques each has own specific email.
In my point of I need to arrange that the agent notification as again send from queu specific email in. Or am I making somethnik wrong ?

Agents should not work via email, only via webfrontend.
