software error after the installation of ITSM3.0 beta1

I would like to seek help from you Guys if you happened to encounter the same thing and how you go about it or any idea how to solve it.

I am having a software error after installing the ITSM3.0 beta1. I had seen the installed package after the the sucessfull installation
but after a while and login again to the OTRS, I encountered the below error:

Software error:

Can't locate object method "EventHandlerInit" via package "Kernel::System::ITSMChange" at C:/PROGRA~1/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/ITSMChange.pm line 141.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@somenet.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error

I think,it's ok now. I have just started the apache service.
