Time units (work units) to a customer notification

Hi,

I'd like to know how to include the field "Time units" in every notification to a customer. Just checked
http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/20 ... 11570.html
for a <OTRS_TICKET_*> tag with this value and didn't find it.
Any idea how to do it?

Hello,

What about a work-around by configuring a free text field to save your time units? This way, you can use <OTRS_TICKET_TicketFreeText###> for the notifications.
