Cannot Close ticket

Ok, after a few days of setup, I'm thinking I've got a good system going.. we're good..

Then .. I login this morning to find a ticket I created the night before still open.. I found that odd.. so I closed it.. it wouldn't close.. I go back to the dashboard.. it's still open..

for whatever reason, I cannot close this ticket.. Is there a way to delete this ticket? something wrong.. I don't know how to access this database directly.. or if I should.. I'm runing htis on a Windows Server 2003 system with the pre-built installer..

any help is appreciated..

On a side note, when I try to close it, hit submit, the window goes blank, and never returns to OTRS.. very, odd..

- only 1 specific ticket or all tickets?
- what does the otrs-logfile say?
- what's in the apache logfile?

I was able to resolve this..

it was happening to one ticket.. but, I just re-installed OTRS and moved on..
