Hi
My default auto response to new tickets does not include the original email content from the customer.
Can you please send me the original source.
I'm made some changes and now using the following but </otrs_customer_email[6]> does not display any content.
Your previous ticket is closed. -- A new ticket has been created for you. -- You wrote: <otrs_customer_email[6]> Your email will be answered by a human ASAP. Have fun with OTRS! Your OTRS Team </otrs_customer_email[6]>
Any ideas?
Thanks
Steven

Re: Auto response
But when I save it as <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[6]> it appears in lower case afterwards </otrs_customer_email[6]>

Re: Auto response
Hi
I'm using the latest download of v3 on a Windows 2008 r2. I've tested with IE 8 and Firefox. The only code change I've made was to the auto response content.
I'm not sure what Modules are used?
Thanks
