Hi All,
I managed to install OTRS 2.1.4 on Centos with success. I want to know the MySQL schema that OTRS uses in terms of the exact colums i.e. Ticket no, Customer name, date etc etc. Where can I find this information, my company's software dept. require this information as they are trying to kind of extract this info so that they can use for example MS SharePoint to receive this information when a ticket is logged by the agent or customer. I am not sure how they will implement this, but I just want to know the exact detailed Mysql schema used for otrs.
Please reply ASAP. Thank you for producing such a wonderful ticket system...
kind regards,
Usman

MySql database schema
Hi All,
I manged to install OTRS 2.1.4 on Centos with success. I need information on what the exact colums in the MySQL database are for OTRS in terms of Ticket No, Agent Name, Date etc etc. My Company's software dept are planning to extract this information and try and merge these details with our existing MS Sharepoint. I'm not so sure how they will implement this but at the moment they need from me the exact columns that the MySQL database uses for the OTRS. Is there a way for me to find this out with the exact column names, just an FYI on how I managed to install otrs on Centos...I set-up centos on a VM accessed the OS via Putty and ran all the commands required to make a successfull installation of OTRS.
Please reply ASAP, and thank you guys at OTRS for developing such a magnificient ticket system.
Kind Regards
Usman
