Agent notification duplicated

I created new agent and added new notification (which is configured the same as my first agent) in Notifications(Event) for him.

It works, but it's sends out two emails.

what kind of notification did you add?

Just to send notification to agent, when there is ticket created in his queue.

this is a base notification and does not need a notification event.

OTRS sends New Ticket Notifications to Agents if the Queue is in" My Queues" and the agent set "New ticket notification" to Yes

Can i set that settings to No and still have created notification (i would like to have a custom one)

yes, but you change the text of the default notifications also via Admin Frontend

Ok, i set No to notifications in agent queue, but agent still gets two indentical custom emails. Altough in the dashboard view as admin i can see only one notification was sent.

so, please fill your signature with OTRS System, Operating System etc...

What tells the mail log and the otrs log ?
